Jasmine is a strategic marketing & growth leader with 15+ years of experience driving revenue growth, audience engagement, and brand transformation across arts, nonprofit, corporate, and cultural sectors. She has proven expertise in building go-to-market strategies, optimizing P&L performance, ROI optimization, narrative development, leading cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to scale marketing impact.

Jasmine is an executive leader as Chief Narrative & Data Justice Officer at the African American Leadership Forum. She is the co-owner of marketing agency Monicat Data “The Business Behind Creativity”, has additionally contributed to her community as a speaker curator for TEDxMinneapolis, a previous board member of GiveMN, and taught as an adjunct professor at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is an active Board Member of the Minneapolis Parks Foundation, currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors.

Jasmine is a cat mom to a Sphynx cat named DeDe, a lover of all things outdoors, and enjoys exploring art & writing stories in her spare time.

As the writer and survivor of Blood & Rubies: A Perspective on PTSDJasmine, a purpose-driven writer, uses her writing to illuminate the human experience. Through "Blood & Rubies," she gives voice to the silent struggles of PTSD, aiming to validate and humanize its impact. With a desire to expand her narrative horizons, she aspires to craft and collaborate on future writing projects, screenplays, and stories that continue to shed light on the human condition.
